Our current processing time is 1-3 business days before shipping.

How long does shipping take?

We ship all orders via USPS. Once your order has shipped the time in transit varies depending on your location and the shipping option you chose at checkout. When completing your order it will give you the estimated delivery date.

What are your business days/hours?

Business Days: MONDAY-FRIDAY

Business Hours: 9am-5pm EST

We respond to all emails and chat inquiries within 24 hours except for
on the weekends and holidays, in which case we will get back to you on
the next business day.

What is your return policy?

Since we’re a small business, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right! 💕
